As a Test Technician, you will be mainly responsible for line support for switching power supplies and BMP products. 作为一名测试技术员，主要负责开关电源及模块电源产品测试的在线技术支持工作。 Job Overview As a Test Technician, you will be mainly responsible for line support for switching power supplies and BMP products. This position reports directly to the Test Supervisor of the Engineering Department, and the work location is Fengxian, Shanghai. 作为一名测试技术员，主要负责开关电源及模块电源产品测试的在线技术支持工作。 该岗位直接汇报给工程部测试主管，工作地点为上海奉贤。 Responsibilities • Be responsible for daily line support for switching power supply and BMP module. 负责开关电源、BMP 模块测试在线技术支持工作。 • Fabricate and maintain test fixtures including functional test fixtures, hi-pot fixtures and burn-in fixtures. 负责功能测试、高压夹具、老化夹具等夹具的制作及维修。 • Compile test work instructions (WI) and provide training for operators. 负责测试WI的编写及操作员培训。 • Cooperate with engineers to debug test programs. 配合工程师完成测试程序的调试工作。 • Perform maintenance on testing equipment. 对测试设备进行维修。 • Maintain a clean and tidy workstation, comply with safety operation regulations, and perform daily maintenance of equipment and tools. 维护工位整洁有序，遵守安全操作规程，做好设备、工具日常保养。 • Complete other tasks assigned by leaders. 完成领导交办的其他工作。
ELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS: Basic Qualifications: • Technical secondary school or above, majoring in Electronic Information Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, etc. is preferred. 中专及以上学历，电子信息工程、电气工程、机电一体化等相关专业优先。 • Basic knowledge of C language; candidates with working experience in test software such as LabWindows CVI or LabVIEW are preferred. 有C语言基础，有Labwindows cvi或Labview等测试软件使用经验的优先。 • Proficient in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering irons and other repair tools; able to identify and test resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors and other components. 熟练使用万用表、示波器、电烙铁等维修工具，掌握电阻、电容、二极管、三极管等元器件识别与检测。 • At least 1 year of test experience. Familiar with power supply testing processes: programming, ICT, hi-pot, burn-in, functional test, etc. Work experience requirements are waived for fresh graduates。 1年以上测试经验，熟悉电源产品测试流程，如烧程、ICT、高压、老化、功能测试等。应届毕业生无工作经验要求。 • Earnest, responsible, careful and precise, with strong execution ability. 工作认真负责、细心严谨，执行力强。 • Good hands-on ability and learning ability, able to adapt to new products and technologies quickly. 动手能力与学习能力强，能快速适应新产品与技术。 • Good communication and teamwork spirit. 具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神。 • Abide by company rules and accept reasonable overtime for urgent tasks. 遵守公司制度，可接受紧急任务合理加班。 • Able to accept shift work. 能接受倒班。
Desired Characteristics: • Knowledge of PMBus, CAN, and Modbus communication protocols is preferred. 了解 PMBus、CAN、Modbus 通讯协议者优先。 • Experience in Labwindows CVI, C language or Python is preferred. 了解 Labwindows CVI、C 语言、Python 者优先。 • Test equipment maintenance experience preferred. 具备测试设备维修工作经验者优先。 • Prior experience testing equipment such as NI, Chroma and Keysight instruments is preferred.. 具备NI, Chroma，Keysight等测试设备使用经验优先。
