You’ll be joining us at our Ashington practice on a full time basis - 40 hours per week.
Your future in the Ashington practice:
• Busy 8 Surgery Training Practice.
• Offering a variety of NHS and Private treatments.
• Managing a large, friendly and supportive team
• This is a training practice for New and Overseas dentists and Therapists as well as Dental Nurses from the NHS Dental Hospital.
• On site parking, close to public transport routes and local amenities.

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:
• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
Skills and Experience
• As this is a training practice clinical knowledge would be extremely beneficial
• A people focused manager who is able to support and develop teams
• Experience with managing budgets and working towards targets
