We are seeking an experienced Education & Training (E&T) Site Lead to lead the deployment of the Education & Training Pillar as part of the Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) programme. In this role, you will be responsible for building site capability, developing associate skills, and embedding world-class learning systems that support business performance and continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Learning & Development, or a related discipline (preferred). • Extensive experience in Education & Training, Learning & Development, or capability-building roles within manufacturing. • Proven experience with Lean, TPM, MSE, or continuous improvement methodologies. • Highly developed coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience using digital learning and training systems. • Demonstrated people leadership or line management experience. What will be your key responsibilities?
• Lead deployment and governance of the E&T Pillar across the site. • Develop and deliver capability-building strategies, training plans, and succession pathways. • Manage skills matrices, role profiles, Step-Up Cards, and capability assessments. • Drive knowledge capture and transfer through learning tools, One Point Lessons (OPLs), and digital platforms such as POKA. • Coach leaders, trainers, and associates on E&T methodologies and best practices. • Support onboarding, compliance training, and associate development programmes. • Lead site apprenticeship Programme. Assist the Operations team in recruitment, onboarding, learner support, and programme governance. What can you expect from Mars?
