Lilly China Finance Trainee program is a Trainee Program for Finance function to build talent pipeline for future Finance leaders. The program provides a three-year rotational opportunity to gain practical experience in financial management. Detailed rotation for each individual will be based on business needs and individual interests. It aims to help early-career talents deepen their understanding of how the finance department drives commercial operations and business development in the pharmaceutical industry, enhance their professional skills and leadership capabilities, and cultivate them to become future financial leaders.
The program will provide young finance talents with structural learning, systematic training and development resources both in Finance and leadership, to equip talents with solid foundation for long-term career development in Marketing function
• Program Highlights Professional Skill Enhancement: Multiple rotations cover various aspects of financial management at Lilly, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance Controllership, and Internal Control. The program provides hands-on experience and in-depth learning of the finance function, and opportunities in a variety of business projects to build a sound financial knowledge framework. Accelerated Career Development: The program provides a robust internal training and mature development system, with senior supervisors' mentorship and professional buddies' coaching. 1v1 conversations with the CFO are also offered to unlock additional career development insights.
