Group/Division KLA's Human Resources team drives business success by mobilizing our global talent to achieve both short- and long-term objectives. Our strategic areas of focus encompass HR business partnerships, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, inclusion, and HR systems and operations.
What You'll Do In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.
Training Delivery & Facilitation - Deliver learning programs across professional skills, management development, and team effectiveness topics. - Design and develop customized learning solutions and training programs. - Facilitate team development workshops to strengthen collaboration, communication, and team performance. - Contribute to ongoing curriculum improvements based on learner feedback and business needs.
Manager Development & Onboarding - Organize new manager onboarding and 90-day assimilation programs. - Design and deliver manager development programs focused on people leadership, business acumen, and compliance. - Source, curate, and manage leadership and management development curriculum, including internal and external learning solutions. - Develop coaching and mentoring programs.
Talent Management & Processes - Develop and execute new hire probation processes, development checkpoints, and related policies. - Develop employee engagement and learning programs that support employee growth. - Support the implementation of performance management programs and training. - Administer learning policies and processes.
Learning Analytics & Communications - Drive L&D analytics, dashboards, reporting, and program effectiveness measurement. - Develop and execute HR and learning communications that drive awareness and engagement. - Maintain learning portals, resource libraries, and knowledge management tools.
Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. • 6–10 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR Programs, or related areas. • Experience supporting onboarding, performance management, manager development, coaching, or employee development programs. • Strong facilitation, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
