Keystone Behavioral Health, is seeking a full time Outpatient Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing psychiatric team and play an integral role in helping to provide high quality and compassionate care to all patients in our community.
About the Position: · Provide outpatient psychological/clinical social work services to include individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, · Assess and develop appropriate treatment plans · Provides a healthy work life/balance · EPIC EMR · Open communication and exchange of ideas · Support among peers in a positive and supportive environment · Communicate effectively with patients, staff and physicians to coordinate care according to the patient's needs. · Monday – Friday in office Professional Skills: · Graduate of an accredited LCSW program · Licensed as a LCSW by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs · Team Oriented with the ability to provide personalized patient care and demonstrate clinical outcomes · Ability to treat a mix of child, adolescents, adults and geriatrics patients · Provide specialized care to treat a wide array of mild to acute psychiatric illnesses · One year of licensed experience Benefits: · Competitive Based Compensation plus Incentive Program · Medical, Dental, and Life · Malpractice Coverage through FTCA · Professional Dues and CME Allowance · Defined Contribution Plan: 403(b) Retirement Program with a Company Match · Eligible for State and Federal Loan Repayment · NO CALL – NO WEEKENDS – NO EVENINGS
