Lead recruitment, talent development, and build a high-performing, diverse local team. Drive internal communications: quarterly town halls and monthly local newsletters to ensure transparency and alignment. We work as a functional organisation where the support manager reports to the group head of support, tech manager reports to group head of tech etc. This means you have HR, upgrade sales, retention, reseller/partners and admin reports to you or up to you to set up if not existing. Dein Profil <ul style="border:0px solid;margin-left:0px;color:rgb(32,32,32);font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-align:left;text-transform:none;"><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Proven experience in country or regional leadership, P&L responsibility or equivalent commercial operational role. </li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Strong track record in driving growth: billing, retention, churn reduction and upsell/cross-sell. </li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Experience building channel partnerships and managing reseller/agency relationships. </li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">People leadership experience: hiring, performance management and building high-performing teams.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Solid understanding of local compliance, employment law and office operations.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting to C-suite and aligning cross-functional teams. </li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Strategic thinker with strong commercial and operational execution capabilities. </li></ul>
