Aufgaben <strong>Projektcontrolling:</strong><ul><li>Abwicklung und Überwachung der Projektabrechnung</li><li>Anlage, Pflege und Abschluss von Projekten und Angeboten im ERP-System</li><li>Überwachung von Projektstunden, -kosten und Projektfortschritt</li><li>Durchführung von Projektreviews und Projektanalysen</li><li>Überwachung der Realisierungsstände</li><li>Pflege und Analyse von Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Subunternehmerstammdaten im ERP-System</li></ul><strong>Organisations-Controlling:</strong><ul><li>Monatliche Auswertung und Überwachung von Kostenstellen, Auslastung und Auftragseingängen</li><li>Erstellung des rollierenden Umsatz-Forecasts und der jährlichen Budgetplanung</li><li>Ermittlung und Pflege von Stundensätzen und Controlling-Kennzahlen</li><li>Erstellung und Pflege von Reports und Auswertungen</li><li>Erstellung von Analysen und Statistiken für die Geschäftsführung und für verschiedene Fachbereiche</li></ul><strong>Finanzbuchhaltung:</strong><ul><li>Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Geschäftsvorfällen, sowie Kontenabstimmung</li><li>Bearbeitung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung</li><li>Überwachung offener Posten sowie Durchführung des Mahnwesens</li><li>Unterstützung bei der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung</li><li>Erstellung der ZM-Meldung </li><li>Erstellung sowie Verbuchung von Spesenabrechnungen</li><li>Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten</li><li>Abstimmung und Pflege von Konten und Stammdaten <span style="font-size:16px;line-height:107%;"><br> <br> </span></li></ul> Anforderungen <ul><li>Abgeschlossene kaufmännisches Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Steuerrecht oder Rechnungswesen</li><li>Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling und erste Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung sind von Vorteil</li><li>Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und Kennzahlen</li><li>Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen</li><li>Erfahrung im Projektcontrolling sowie in der Analyse und Aufbereitung von Finanz- und Unternehmensdaten</li><li>Selbstständige und strukturierte Herangehensweise mit hohem Anspruch an Datenqualität</li><li>Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Kennzahlen und selbständige Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen </li><li>Kommunikationsstärke und ein souveränes Auftreten im Austausch mit Fachbereichen und Führungskräften</li></ul> Benefits Du arbeitest in einem mittelständischen, international agierenden Familienunternehmen an interessanten Aufgaben mit Raum für eigenverantwortliches Handeln.
