For our Luxembourg office, we are seeking an ambitious and technically strong Senior Tax Associate Lawyer to join our growing Tax practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex domestic and international tax matters for a sophisticated client base, including multinational corporations, investment funds, financial institutions, private equity houses, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal and tax advice, managing client relationships, supervising junior team members, and contributing to the development of the practice. Our ideal candidate has: Qualified lawyer (Avocat) registered on List I or IV. 7-8 years of relevant post-qualification experience gained within a leading law firm, international practice, or highly regarded tax advisory environment. Strong technical knowledge of Luxembourg corporate taxation and international tax matters. Proven experience advising on complex cross-border transactions and structures. Ability to manage multiple matters and client relationships autonomously. Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Commercially minded with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Excellent command of English and French; Dutch, German or any additional language would be considered an asset.
