Your New Role Work on civil construction projects throughout Fairview, PA, and the surrounding service areas, including Cleveland, OH, Buffalo, NY, and Pittsburgh, PA. Reliably travel to assigned jobsites throughout these project areas. No overnight travel is expected. Operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, and skid steers. Complete underground utility and pipe installation work. Perform shoring, grading, and backfilling as part of underground construction projects. Assist with bridge restoration and bridge construction activities. Set forms, place rebar, and support concrete pouring. Perform grading, asphalt work, seeding, and other site restoration activities. Complete routine maintenance on construction equipment and vehicles. Follow established jobsite safety procedures. Work closely with the crew to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to established quality standards.
