You’ll work closely with customers, general contractors, subcontractors, and your in-house team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality. Conduct site visits, lead meetings with foremen and subcontractors Manage project scope, including takeoffs, pricing, estimating, and change orders Communicate with customers and GCs to ensure seamless execution Oversee installation of HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, ductwork, zoning systems, IAQ solutions, boilers, chillers, and central plants Coordinate subcontractors for cranes, insulation, welding, balancing, and more Ensure safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction on every job Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.
