Your New Role Independently manage residential HVAC service calls from dispatch through completion, taking ownership of your schedule and daily assignments. Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems, including furnaces, gas boilers, heat pumps, and central air conditioning units. Perform HVAC diagnostics to identify equipment failures, heating issues, cooling problems, and system performance concerns. Troubleshoot and repair residential gas heating systems, with an emphasis on accurate diagnosis and dependable solutions. Complete preventive maintenance, seasonal HVAC tune-ups, equipment inspections, and system performance evaluations. Identify necessary HVAC repairs and clearly explain service recommendations and available options to homeowners. Deliver professional customer service while building trust and maintaining Elm Air Conditioning, LLC's reputation for quality. Document service calls, diagnostic findings, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately using ServiceTitan or similar field service software. Maintain company-provided service vehicles, HVAC tools, equipment, and truck inventory. Follow established HVAC safety procedures, industry standards, and company service protocols. Work independently while maintaining communication with dispatch and the service team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
