As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and reliable Recruitment Specialist to support our hiring efforts and help us attract top talent. Your Role Step by step, you will take ownership of the majority of recruitment activities, with a strong focus on candidate sourcing and coordination. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on recruitment experience who can work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Actively source candidates across various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals, etc.) Identify and explore new sourcing channels and talent pools Pre-screen candidates and support interview processes Coordinate interviews (scheduling, communication with candidates and hiring managers) Manage candidate pipeline in ATS and maintain accurate records Prepare and update candidate profiles and internal documentation Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience Support recruitment, reporting and administrative tasks
