About this role
Purpose of the Role The Associate Consultant is engaged on a contract basis to deliver defined consulting and/or training services to clients. The role exists to provide flexible, high-quality capability to support client engagements, contributing to the delivery of outcomes aligned to project objectives while operating independently as a supplier. This role is outcome-focused, with responsibility for delivering agreed services, outputs, or work packages rather than fulfilling an internal position within the organisation. Key Responsibilities: · Deliver consulting and/or training services in line with agreed Statements of Work · Analyse client requirements and contribute to problem definition and solution development · Produce high-quality deliverables (e.g. reports, presentations, training materials) · Facilitate workshops, or training sessions where required · Manage own workload to ensure timely and quality delivery of outputs · Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and present findings · Identify risks, issues, or opportunities and proactively communicate them
