What you'll do Mentor at any level: provide constructive feedback, conduct code reviews, and offer technical guidance to more junior engineers and your peers Help with System Design: participate in designing and implementing systems and in optimising current ones for performance and/or cost control Bring your best practices to the table: championing software development standards, testing methodologies, and efficient development processes Strategic Vision: participate in defining project roadmaps, contributing to risk assessment, execution, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery Collaboration: working closely with cross-functional product teams to understand and translate requirements into solutions
