We're seeking a Software Engineer to join our back-end teams, specialising in building and maintaining scalable APIs that bring our skill intelligence to large enterprises . You'll collaborate with talented engineers to design and build scalable back-end systems, sharing best practices along the way. What you'll do: Software Engineering: Build enterprise-ready API features (Python, Django, Docker) with CI/CD, observability (Prometheus, Sentry), and cost optimization in AWS environments. Help with System Design: participate in designing and implementing systems and in optimising current ones for performance and/or cost control Bring your best practices to the table: championing software development standards, testing methodologies, and efficient development processes Collaboration: working closely with cross-functional product teams to understand and translate requirements into solutions Mentorship : Work closely together and coach other engineers through code reviews, pairing sessions, and active knowledge sharing.
