As a Senior AI Engineer , you’ll bridge experimentation and productization: transforming prototypes into high-quality AI services that run and scale reliably in production. You’ll drive large-scale AI initiatives, partnering closely with the product and other engineering teams to translate strategy into high-impact features that move the needle for our customers. What you'll do: Model Development : Architect, train, and optimize AI models using frameworks like Transformers and PyTorch, and leverage LLMs to solve real-world problems through AWS Bedrock. Agent Engineering: Build agentic features, from prototype to production, using the latest GenAI stack. Rigorous Evaluation Frameworks : Design and maintain infrastructure for offline evaluation, and online observability and A/B testing.. AI Productization : Implement enterprise-ready microservices (FastAPI, Kubernetes, …) with CI/CD, observability (Prometheus, Sentry), and cost optimization in AWS environments. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with Product and other engineering teams to identify high-leverage AI features. Mentorship : Work closely together and coach other engineers through code reviews, pairing sessions, and active knowledge sharing; champion clean code, testing, security, and AI ethics standards.
