To help make the US rollout a technical success, we are looking for an Field Service & Operations Engineer who can turn complex requirements into reliable, practical solutions. You will support technical evaluations, system implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and communication between customers, service partners, commercial teams, and engineering. This is a hands-on role in real customer environments. You will understand how the system is used, identify technical requirements, solve issues at the source, and translate field insights into improvements for both the product and the customer experience.
