Shums Coda Associates, Inc. is a privately held company providing professional Building and Safety Consulting Services to jurisdictions to verify conformance with all applicable Building Codes. We are seeking full-time, experienced ICC Certified Plans Examiner within California, Arizona, Colorado, Utah and Nevada. Responsibilities Review plans, calculations and specifications for compliance with the most current adopted ordinances, laws, and state building codes. Preparation of plans review comment letter according to municipality direction and SCA standards.
