About the Role: We’re on the lookout for a passionate Event Manage r with the ability to take our events to the next level. Your mission? To transform our stunning Kraków space into a hub for game dev enthusiasts, IT professionals, and creatives alike! From meetups and conferences to commercial events, you’ll have the reins from start to finish. With your exceptional organizational skills, you’ll oversee every detail, ensuring events stay within budget and on time. Your knack for creativity and logistics will make every gathering memorable and seamless, keeping Reality Games at the forefront of innovation and collaboration in the gaming world. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, including conferences, meetings, and team-building activities. Manage all logistical aspects: venue booking, catering, transportation, and technical support. Adapt event spaces, procure materials, and ensure a smooth setup and teardown. Oversee event budgets and track costs, ensuring everything stays on budget and deadlines are met. Collaborate with different departments and external vendors to meet all event-related needs. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of event spaces, including post-event clean-up. Serve refreshments and assist guests during events.
