About this role
We’re looking for a structured and analytical professional to develop and own our Supply and Production Planning function. You’ll work closely with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Warehouse to ensure manufacturing continuity through effective planning and coordination. This role is about shaping planning processes and managing risks — not just running systems. This role is for you if: you think in processes, not just tools or reports; you understand MRP logic and can challenge system outputs when needed; you’re comfortable coordinating between functions as a neutral decision-maker; you want to build or evolve a planning function with real impact on production stability. What is your Day to Day Mission: Lead the design, implementation, and ownership of end-to-end Supply and Production Planning processes Transform inventory data into actionable insights, preventing shortages, excesses, and frozen capital Define, maintain, and optimize planning parameters to ensure accurate, business-aligned MRP results Analyze planning outputs and drive business decisions based on real risks and priorities Align plans across Procurement and Production, ensuring feasibility and cross-functional coordination Drive continuous improvements and manage exceptions to maintain stable, predictable operations
