About the Role Build the world’s most advanced interceptor drones We are redefining aerial defense. Our Counter‑UAS interceptor is a rocket‑boosted, all‑electric drone capable of 400 km/h, delivering 10 kW peak power through an in‑house developed powertrain. Designed from day one for mass production at scale, this platform represents a new class of high‑performance, modular UAV systems. We are looking for a Senior Engineer to take this technological powerhouse from advanced prototype to tens of thousands of units produced globally. What is your Day to Day Mission: Conceptual design and detailed development of complex injection‑molded plastic components and mechanical sub‑assemblies Optimization of assemblies for manufacturing, assembly, cost, and quality Hands‑on involvement with tooling design, tool reviews, and first‑article inspections Technical coordination and management of external suppliers and manufacturing partners Oversight, guidance, and quality assurance of work performed by junior mechanical design engineers Close collaboration with cross‑functional teams across engineering, production, and supply chain
