Join the team building and scaling Sloth , Quantum Systems' internal Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform. As a Software Developer, you will help shape and develop business-critical applications that connect Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Product Management. You will contribute to the evolution of Sloth into a scalable enterprise platform while building internal expertise and long-term ownership for one of our most important business systems. What is your Day to Day Mission: Design, develop and maintain features across the Sloth platform Build scalable and reliable solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into software solutions Develop modern web and desktop applications supporting product lifecycle and engineering processes Contribute to architecture, integrations and technical standards Improve platform performance, maintainability and user experience Support troubleshooting, continuous improvement and long-term platform ownership
