This is what you bring to the team You work with precision and can operate in an environment where accuracy is essential. You are technically minded, hands‑on, and highly motivated. Hard Skills VMBO/MBO education in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics. Ability to read technical drawings and digital work instructions. Solid soldering skills or willingness to learn. Ability to read and understand Dutch and English. Willingness to work in a 2‑shift system. Soft Skills Very precise when working with small components. Good fine motor skills and strong attention to detail. Analytical and able to solve problems when deviations occur. Team‑oriented but also capable of working independently. Strong sense of responsibility for quality and safety. Eager to learn and open to new techniques and IPC training. Stress‑resistant and flexible when priorities shift.
