This is what you bring to the team University/college degree in economics, engineering, or logistics. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position in Supply Chain Management and/or Procurement. Demonstrable experience in purchasing management, planning, logistics, and inventory management. Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier management. Analytical thinking and focus on data and results. Experience with ERP systems (INFOR, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Very good knowledge of MS Excel. English language at a communicative level (min. B2). Ability to lead changes, projects, set processes, and motivate a team. Independence, proactive approach, and business mindset.
