In this role, you glue, coat, assemble, and inspect printed circuit boards with electronic components and mechanics. You work in a two-shift schedule and, together with your team, contribute directly to reliable products for industries such as semiconductor and healthcare. This is what you bring to the Team As a Gluing and Coating Employee, you work accurately and have a strong eye for detail. You are comfortable working according to clear instructions and quality standards, while taking action when you notice something unusual. You communicate easily with colleagues and proactively involve your team leader, Quality or Engineering when questions or quality issues arise. You also have basic computer skills for tasks such as e-mail, entering data and processing photos. What we ask MBO working and thinking level. Experience reading drawings and following work instructions. A precise, quality-focused and proactive working attitude. Basic computer skills. Good communication skills in Dutch and English. Willingness to work structurally in a two-shift schedule.
