About this role
This is how you make impact The Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist takes a leading role in the improvement team and supports the Operations Manager and the production organization with the challenges of managing a large production operation. The focus will primarily be on production, but with strong cross-functional elements, particularly in Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain. You are expected to initiate and facilitate changes, working closely with the organization to implement strategic plans and initiatives.
