This is how you make impact As the Senior CFT Team, you lead the multidisciplinary team and are responsible for fulfilling customer demand by achieving the QLTC-S objectives according to the internally established meeting and reporting format. You operate at the intersection of the customer and the internal organization between People, Product, and Profit. You focus on collaboration, structure, and results, and represent the CFT both within Neways and to the customer. You work closely with the Account Manager, the Manufacturing Performance Teams (MPTs), and the Category Teams (CTs). In addition, you have: A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in leading teams and driving projects within a technical and customer-oriented environment. Bachelor's or Master's level working and thinking ability, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field; Commercial awareness and a results-oriented mindset; Ability to maintain oversight, set priorities, and make decisions; Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
