This is how you make impact As an Assistant Controller, you are responsible for maintaining an accurate and timely financial administration and supporting the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and month-end and year-end closings. You analyze financial data, identify opportunities for improvement, and actively contribute to the further automation and optimization of financial processes. You are able to translate financial information into clear insights and communicate effectively with colleagues at various levels throughout the organization. In addition, you have: A Bachelor's degree (HBO level) in Finance & Control, Business Economics, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field; Preferably several years of experience in a financial role; ambitious recent graduates are also encouraged to apply; A solid understanding of financial processes and reporting; Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Infor, ISPnext, Prophix, or Coupa is considered an advantage; Excellent Excel skills; experience with Power BI is considered a plus; Knowledge of IFRS and/or Dutch GAAP is an advantage; Good command of both the Dutch and English languages; A proactive, independent, and results-oriented mindset.
