Additionally, you have: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Electronics, or related discipline. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Quality within Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or high-tech manufacturing environments. Minimum 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. Experience managing customer quality issues and audits. Experience with contract manufacturing and multinational customers is preferred. Experience supporting manufacturing scale-up or factory expansion is highly desirable.
