Additionally, you have: Diploma, Certificate, or Technical/Vocational qualification in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, or a related production environment. Basic understanding of electronic components and assembly processes. Experience with PCB assembly, box-build assembly, testing, or troubleshooting is an advantage. Ability to read work instructions, drawings, and technical documentation. Familiarity with ESD requirements and quality standards.
