Key Responsibilities:
Gestionar el análisis, seguimiento y cierre de quejas de clientes, asegurando la implementación efectiva de acciones correctivas y preventivas.
Administrar las desviaciones de calidad relacionadas con proveedores, realizando análisis de causa raíz y seguimiento a planes de acción.
Participar en reuniones operativas y dar seguimiento a indicadores clave de calidad a través de dashboards físicos y electrónicos.
Coordinar y asegurar la correcta ejecución de los procesos de conteo cíclico en almacenes, garantizando la precisión del inventario.
Investigar diferencias de inventario, controlar ajustes y asegurar la documentación y autorizaciones correspondientes.
Administrar localidades especiales de almacén y verificar la congruencia entre inventario físico y sistema.
Elaborar análisis, métricos y presentaciones ejecutivas para distintos foros dentro de la organización.
Requirements:
Licenciatura concluida en Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
Disponibilidad para trabajo de tiempo completo On-Site (Culiacán) y viajar esporádicamente.
Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en posiciones similares.
Conocimientos en Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad, Lean Manufacturing, 5S y Análisis de Causa Raíz.
Deseable contar con certificaciones ISO 9001 y/o Green Belt.
Manejo de Microsoft Office a nivel avanzado.
Conocimiento de SAP y herramientas de análisis de datos como Excel y Power BI.
Inglés intermedio.
