Your Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilise your fluency in Italian to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Assist clients in navigating their solutions, providing support and answering queries efficiently. Strengthen client relationships through prompt and proactive service and support interactions. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services. Keep accurate records of client interactions and proactively suggest improvements to processes. Assess client feedback and communicate it to relevant departments to enhance service delivery. Your Qualifications Native or proficient Italian language skills, both verbal and written, with a strong proficiency in English (minimum B2 level). Previous experience in a customer-facing role or service environment is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising effectively with diverse client bases. Aptitude for problem-solving and ability to adapt within a fast-moving environment. Ability to work independently while being a committed team player.
