Primary Duties in BPO Talent Acquisition Implement strategic sourcing plans to discover potential candidates through a wide range of channels, including social media and job fairs. Partner closely with hiring managers to fully understand staffing needs and role-specific objectives. Develop and manage a robust talent pipeline for both immediate and future recruitment needs. Key Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the BPO field. Excellent communication skills in both English and an additional language is a plus. Proficient in using recruitment software and ATS tools.
