Key Responsibilities for IT Support and Management Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues to ensure smooth operation of all IT systems. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, network services, and application software for end-users. Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. Assist in the management of IT projects, workflows, and strategic planning. Conduct regular system audits and produce performance reports. Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and user experience. Ensure compliance with organisational IT policies and procedures. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems. Skills and Qualifications for IT Excellence Proven experience in IT support and system administration. Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems. Hands-on experience with network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Proficiency in using and managing databases and cloud services. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills in English, both written and oral; additional language skills are a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
