Key Responsibilities Liaise effectively with clients through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat to provide exceptional service. Identify, diagnose, and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and feedback for future reference and service enhancements. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex queries and achieve swift resolution of customer issues. Contribute to continuous process improvements by identifying recurring issues and proposing comprehensive solutions. Stay informed on industry trends and product updates to offer knowledgeable support and assistance to customers. Essential Qualifications Proficient in German (spoken and written) and a strong command of English. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous but not required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex information. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
