Key Responsibilities for VIP Client Management Provide exceptional service and support to VIP clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Handle sensitive and complex client inquiries with discretion and efficiency. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and enhance the VIP client experience. Organise and participate in exclusive events and meetings for VIP clients. Keep detailed records of client interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system. Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide the most relevant information to VIP
