Key Responsibilities in Recruitment for BPO Talent Acquisition: Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire qualified Italian-speaking candidates for diverse roles in the BPO sector. Candidate Sourcing: Utilise multiple sourcing strategies and channels to proactively identify and engage potential candidates. Interviewing: Organise and conduct interviews, screening applicants to assess their skills, qualifications, and compatibility with company culture. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment activities. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring activities to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the company. Skills and Qualifications for Italian Recruiter Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian with strong English communication skills. Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the BPO or similar sector. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders. Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with attention to detail.
