Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify prospective business opportunities by leveraging inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Understand customer needs and requirements to enhance product awareness and brand promotion. Coordinate with sales executives to develop strategic sales approaches and nurture yet-to-be-sales-ready leads. Manage and maintain accurate account records in CRM systems. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify trends and opportunities for lead generation campaigns. Participate actively in sales team meetings, contributing with innovative ideas for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. Strong listening and presenting skills aimed at enhancing business relationships. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously in a time-sensitive environment. Highly motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed set targets and deadlines.
