Workster is partnering with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Operations Manager for their Gaming studios in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Your Role Define and implement operational strategies for the Bulgarian market in alignment with global standards Lead the setup and ongoing management of the Live Casino studio, ensuring timely delivery of projects Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high service quality Build and manage a high-performing team while fostering a strong, positive workplace culture Collaborate with HR on recruitment and retention strategies tailored to local market needs Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and performance through data-driven improvements Ensure full compliance with Bulgarian laws, manage risk, and maintain legal documentation Oversee budgeting, vendor relations, and facility operations to ensure cost-effective delivery. Your Qualifications Excellent communication skills in both English and Bulgarian Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred Professional certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma are an advantage Proven leadership experience in operations, ideally in the iGaming or entertainment industry Experience with studio setup, workflow optimization, and regulatory compliance in Bulgaria Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills Strategic thinker with a proactive and improvement-focused mindset Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
