Key Responsibilities – Senior Project Manager iGaming Careers in Latvia, Romania, and Serbia Lead large-scale iGaming projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budgetary constraints. Collaborate closely with cross-border teams including Product, Technology, Compliance, and Commercial to define project objectives and tracking milestones. Drive project planning, resource allocation, and risk management, utilising best-in-class methodologies and tools. Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, providing transparent and data-driven updates at all project phases. Ensure all projects adhere to regional regulatory and compliance standards for the gambling and gaming sector in Latvia, Romania, and Serbia. Champion a culture of continuous process improvement, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence across all iGaming initiatives. Resolve issues and escalate challenges appropriately, keeping projects on track and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. Mentor and guide less experienced team members, fostering talent growth and high-performance teamwork. Required Skills & Qualifications – Project Management Jobs in iGaming Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree or PMP/Prince2 certification is an advantage. Demonstrated experience managing complex technology projects, ideally in the iGaming, online entertainment, or software sectors. Proven ability to orchestrate cross-functional project teams in multicultural and distributed environments. Thorough understanding of iGaming operations, online gaming platforms, and relevant regulatory frameworks within Latvia, Romania, or Serbia. Fluency in English; knowledge of Latvian, Romanian, or Serbian languages is highly valued. Outstanding organisational, negotiation, and communication skills with a focus on stakeholder alignment and customer success. Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem solving and commitment to continuous improvement. Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies is desirable.
