Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit English-speaking Customer Experts for a digital banking project in Lisbon, Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative team and help shape the future of online financial services.
Your Role Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat. Resolve a wide range of customer queries with a focus on first-contact resolution. Manage customer issues end-to-end, including complex cases, while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Support fraud investigations, dispute resolution, and complaints management. Identify and assist vulnerable customers, escalating cases when necessary. Collaborate with teammates, providing feedback and supporting process improvements. Remain adaptable to changing business and customer needs. Your Qualifications Fluent English (C1/C2), both written and spoken. Previous experience in banking, financial services, or insurance (minimum 12 months in Ireland or international markets). Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases with care. Confident decision-making skills, especially in complex or high-impact situations. Tech-savvy, with knowledge of tools like GSuite, Slack, and the ability to quickly learn new systems. Collaborative mindset with resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
