Your Role Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and enthusiasm. Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Use your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot issues and guide customers. Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the customer journey. Stay informed on new products and updates to deliver up-to-date support. Your Qualifications Fluent German (C1), both spoken and written. Good command of English (B2). Experience in customer service or call center roles (automotive experience is a plus). Passion for automotive topics and tech-savvy mindset. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
