Workster is partnering with a global leader in healthcare to recruit a Portuguese-speaking Medical Customer Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for consumers seeking support for a leading healthcare brand. Your Role Act as the face of the brand, assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and product-related concerns. Use active listening and conversational leadership skills to understand consumer issues efficiently and accurately. Offer empathetic support, especially for sensitive or complex customer cases. Develop in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and understand consumer expectations for each category. Share ideas and contribute to improving the quality of services provided, making a positive impact on the team’s growth. Help build a supportive team environment by mentoring colleagues and contributing to team development. Your Qualifications Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken) and good command of English. Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening abilities. Previous experience in customer service or customer experience centers is a plus. Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable with basic computer skills. Organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success. High school education or equivalent required.
