About this role
Your RoleProactively contact customers regarding the transition from legacy platforms to cloud solutions
Schedule and coordinate cloud migration appointments with business customers
Perform Cloud-to-Cloud migrations using dedicated migration tools
Ensure uninterrupted customer access to cloud environments and access control systems throughout the migration process
Monitor migration progress and verify successful completion
Use AI-powered diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot potential migration issues
Escalate complex or failed migrations to Level 3 Support when required
Coordinate rollback activities when necessary to minimize customer impact
Deliver technical support via phone, email, and chat while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Your QualificationsNative-level fluency in German
Fluent English (C1 level)
Previous experience in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, Cloud Solutions, or SaaS products
Experience with platform or product migrations is an advantage
Knowledge of cloud-based products, migration platforms, and support tools is desirable
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and chat
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and technical support levels
