Located in the heart of Cork City on Washington Street, we're proud to be the go-to spot for everything from brunch dates to celebrations.
We're now hiring chefs of all grades to join our kitchen team — whether you're starting out or already experienced, we have a role to match your skill level.
Wages: From €14.50/hour, depending on experience and grade
Responsibilities:
Preparing and cooking dishes to SpitJack standards
Working across sections of the kitchen as required by grade and experience
Ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and portion control
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment
Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures at all times
Managing stock rotation and storage where applicable
Supporting and mentoring junior team members (for senior grades)
Contributing to a positive, team-focused kitchen culture
