Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) – Night Shift
Weekends or every other weekend opportunities available
Location: Auburndale, FL Schedule: Saturday 7p-7a; Sunday 7a-3p (or every other Sunday); Thursday 7a-7p

💛 Key Responsibilities
• Deliver individualized 1:1 nursing care in a home setting
• Follow established care plans and monitor patient condition and progress
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed
• Communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, and caregivers
• Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report changes in patient status
📌 Qualifications
• Active Florida RN or LPN license (compact license accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Experience with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators a plus
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Must complete AHCA Level 2 background screening as required under House Bill 531 (2025) 🔗 https://info.flclearinghouse.com

• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
• Recent physical (within 6 months) and TB test (within 1 year)
💵 Compensation
• $25 – $35 per hour
