The Work
• Interior and exterior painting — brush, roll, spray
• Surface prep: sanding, patching, scraping, caulking, priming
• Job site protection and clean work areas
• Working a real crew, on schedule
• Straightforward, respectful communication with teammates and customers

Who Succeeds Here We're building a crew of dependable painters who want a long-term trade career, not a summer gig. Painting or construction experience preferred — but if you show up on time, take ownership without needing a babysitter, and care about the details, we'll teach you the rest. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
