The Player Due Diligence team sits at the centre of this, carrying out reviews, identifying risks, and making key decisions that protect the integrity of the platform. With this in mind, we’re now looking to strengthen the team with Player Due Diligence Specialists.
The Role
Based in our Gibraltar office, the Player Due Diligence Specialist is responsible for conducting thorough player reviews, assessing risk levels, and supporting the accuracy and quality of the wider team’s work.
This is a technical, detail-oriented role suited to someone with strong AML knowledge, experience handling player risk assessments, and confidence in making well-judged decisions based on internal policy and external regulations.
Responsibilities
The role is broken down into the following areas:
Case Handling and Risk Assessment
• Carry out Enhanced Due Diligence reports in line with internal AML procedures
• Interpret documentation and source of funds evidence to assess financial behaviour and affordability
• Identify and flag suspicious activity, unusual patterns, or incomplete/inconsistent information
• Apply correct risk scoring and document rationale clearly
• Complete ongoing monitoring checks on our player database
• Complete AML checks in line with internal AML procedures
Quality and Process
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in all casework
• Assist with QA checks and help spot areas where further training or clarification may be needed
• Support documentation of emerging risks or patterns and raise with the Team Leader or Manager
Collaboration
• Work closely with the Team Leader to ensure case volumes are manageable and SLA deadlines are met
• Collaborate with Player Protection and Compliance teams when reviews raise further questions
• Provide clear notes and handovers for any escalated cases
Your Profile
This role suits someone with previous experience in AML, conducting online searches, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, be computer literate, and be a team player.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in AML, data entry, research, or a related role is required
• Reliable attention to detail and ability to follow internal processes
• Be able to work quickly and efficiently to ensure timely case progression
• Good written skills for case note documentation
• A team player with a calm, practical, and professional approach
Role Specifics
• Hours: 09:00 - 18:00
• Days: Any 5 days from 7 (Mon-Sun), scheduled in line with team needs.
• Flexibility: Some shift flexibility may be required during busy periods
