Position Summary:
OnSite Care is seeking an enthusiastic and seasoned Sales Representative in the Phoenix metropolitan area to secure new workplace healthcare clinic contracts and serve as account manager in the defined territory. The ideal candidate will be driven to achieve OnSite Care’s growth goals, master OnSite’s complex sales cycle, thrive in our mission-driven culture, and have the ability to influence people at all levels. This position reports to the Business Development Officer.
Key Objectives
Generate New Business
Close new contracts for OnSite Care workplace clinics and servicesGenerate sales leads through networking, brokers, partners, phone calls, and eventsClient Care
Develop client relationships and provide outstanding service in assigned accountsLead selling of new services and contract renewals to existing clientsBuild partner relationships, including brokers, winning qualified referral leadsCore Responsibilities and Duties
Build and manage a territory sales funnel, track and report progress, and close new contractsSuccessfully deliver OnSite Client Care to standards, ensuring customer loyalty at assigned accountsCollaborate with OnSite’s team, evaluating processes, and suggesting improvements and new solutionsGenerate sales proposals and presentations based upon client needsCompile responses to published RFP’s (as assigned) for workplace clinics and servicesTravel as needed or as assigned to sales calls, trade shows, and client meetings Required Skills and Qualifications
5 – 10 years’ sales success track record in a B2B environmentLarge account management and/or strategic selling experienceKnowledge of healthcare services and/or healthcare benefitsExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively, present, and influence people at all levelsProficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbility to work quickly and adjust to new priorities in a dynamic work environmentBe a self-starter, a problem-solver, a and creative thinkerBA/BS degree or equivalent Apply online at https://onsitecareclinics.bamboohr.com/jobs/view.php?id=146&source=smartrecruiters
